Window services
Window replacement is the centre of the practice: new units in openings that already exist. Window installation is for additions and walls that have to be cut. Style and performance choices sit beside those two scopes, not instead of them: energy-efficient windows, casements, awnings, and bay and bow windows. The full map is on window services.
Door services
Door replacement and door installation are the two methods. The opening decides the product page: entry doors for the front, exterior doors for side and rear, patio and sliding doors for the wide glass, and storm and screen doors for the outer layer. All of them are listed on door services.
Repair services
Glass replacement and broken window repair keep a sound frame. Window screen replacement is mesh and frames only. If the frame has failed, repair is the wrong spend and we will move the conversation to replacement while we are still on site.
Residential work
Houses, additions, and basement bedrooms are the bulk of the calendar. Basement windows stay in their existing openings. Egress windows enlarge an opening so a sleeping room has a real exit. Both can be quoted with the main-floor windows if you want one order.
Commercial work
Offices, retail entrances, and multi-unit doors are commercial window and door services. The scheduling and the hardware differ from a house. A detached home with a study is still a residential project.
Energy-efficient choices
Double-pane and triple-pane glass are specified on the energy page and then applied to windows and patio doors. We do not attach a single performance badge to every opening.
