What we take on
- Commercial door installation and replacement: entrances, stairwell doors where our scope fits, and suite doors that are part of a planned replacement.
- Commercial window replacement in punched openings.
- Commercial door glass replacement when the frame and hardware can stay. See also glass repair for the residential version of a broken lite.
- Coordination with a property manager on hours, elevators, and protection of finishes.
What we do not take on
We do not design structural curtain wall, and we do not bid a high-rise envelope from a photograph. If the job is a storefront entrance, a suite of windows, or a building door with a closer and access control prep, say that plainly on the form. If it is a house with a home office, it is still a residential window or entry door project.
How scheduling differs
Retail and clinics often need the opening secured the same day it is opened. We plan the measure, the lead time, and the install window before we book, including after-hours work when the building requires it. A quote that ignores access is not a quote.
Hardware for commercial doors — closers, panic devices where the occupancy requires them, and lock prep — is specified with the door. We will not hang a residential knob on an assembly occupancy entrance.
Questions we hear on this work
Do you work directly with property managers?
Yes. One contact, a written scope, and a date the building can live with.
Can you match existing glass in a storefront?
We can often match thickness and tint closely. An exact discontinued coating is not something we promise from a photo.
Is this an emergency board-up service?
Broken glass can be secured and replaced. Call or use the form and we will tell you the next time we can be there. We do not claim a city-wide emergency dispatch we do not operate.
